Overview of Management

This major provides students with knowledge and skills that general managers need to deal with contemporary challenges, such as those related to leading and motivating people, designing organizational structures, and balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders in a complex political, legal, and ethical environment. The management core provides a general overview of the required knowledge and skills required for effectively managing people and organizations. This is supplemented global and strategic management in the senior year.

    Take all of the following Management courses (9 credits) - A grade of "C" or higher is required in all MGMT courses.
