Deformation cohomology for Lie algebroids and its application to stability

Abstract: In this talk, we review the correspondence between Lie algebroids and fiberwise linear Poisson structures. We also discuss the deformation cohomology for Lie algebroids, and give applications to the problem of stability for leaves of foliations induced by Lie algebroids.
