Jun Masamune completed his Ph.D. in Mathematics at Tohoku University (Japan) in 1999 and he is currently Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Penn State Altoona. His research interests are in Geometric Analysis of manifolds, graphs, and fractal sets, and their applications to the real world problems.
