The Penn State Altoona Department of Mathematics and Statistics is very laissez-faire as far as calculator policies go; each instructor is allowed to determine his or her own policies on a course-by-course basis. This makes things confusing, if nothing else. To give you a handle on all this information, it's been arranged both by instructor and by course. Note that an instructor's policy may be listed for a course even though he or she is not teaching it this semester. These policies are subject to change without notice, so please check with your instructor.

| RG | Graphing calculators are allowed, but their use is restricted on some quizzes and exams. |
| N | No calculators allowed on exams and quizzes. |
